Alexander Chavez chose to have a Wilson County jury determine his fate in regards to 3 counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
Chavez pleaded guilty, then the jury heard from our victim as she retold the details of the abuse. Justice was served and other potential child victims are safe because of the bravery of the victim.
